R134a orifice tube

I've searched the archives and read plenty about that there exists an
automatically self-adjusting orifice tube that will fit in the DeLorean when
converting to R134a. (This is for a friend's DeLorean; not mine.) He has
asked the vendors present at the Memphis show, and none of them sell this
type orifice.

Can anyone give a good enough description of this so that we can source it
locally? If not, is there ANY place where we can find one?

And while on the subject, can anyone say if the DeLorean OEM orifice is the
same as a typical GM? I'm not after a "support your vendors" war. I just
can't see paying $20+ for something that can be had for $3 locally.
