Hi Chris-
I shouldn't even be thinking about this... I'm still paying off my credit 
card bill from work done on my D last winter, but I have to ask: I presume 
having no cat is flat out illegal in the US, isn't it? This has come up in 
the past but I've never particularly followed it closely. I'll post this to 
the list for US respondents, too.
