Arm rest removal, It's stuck!

I'm trying to get the armrest off to get at my window. The screws on top
are out and the plastic barbs on the bottom are out, but it won't come off.
Something in the area of the hand hold is still attached, I think. Does
anyone know what it is that's still attached, and where it is?
