I've noticed the same thing. Oregon winters have never been a problem for
me. Even though the rear defroster works fine the engine heat always defogs
it right away. Oh well. I'm still impressed by the amount of options our
cars had from the factory. Even though it's now twenty years old, for the
most part it's still quite modern and very comfortable.
