Part X-ref

Hi All,

In overhauling the engine on #2727, we've discovered a part missing.
It's on p2-4-0 of the parts manual, no 27, part 101116 Vacuum Solenoid
Valve part of the "evaporative control system". One of the vacuum hoses
feeding to it has a bolt threaded into the end to seal it.

What does this solenoid do and is there any reason for it to be removed
on an engine with the Island twin kit?

More importantly, does anyone have a part cross reference (Bosch or
otherwise) that we can use over here?
