Dear Adam,
I was at one of DOA's National Conventions, I think it was Las 
Vegas, in Sept. 1995. Steve's answer to the question of the 
separarion was somthing like, there comes a time when you want to 
move in different directions. I assumed from that, that he and Ed 
were having differences of opinions. I left it at that.
As to where to have a car refurbished, depends a lot on location 
and your bank roll.
