Steering rack?

I have been wanting to put a Momo wheel on my car for a while now(as have others), but Momo did not make a hub for a Delorean. I was wondering if the rack is at all the same or similar to another manufacturer like Renault or Volvo. Will a volvo or renault steering wheel fit?
