Well I thank you all for your patience but I finally managed to get enough of
the details worked out that I have posted the registration form on the web
page <A HREF="http://deloreancarshow.com">Deloreancarshow.com</A>. Click on the registration tab. My special thanks to
Gary Hull for helping me last night to finish it.
Each event is priced seperately except the seminars, driving tour, and car
show which are free to attend. The Driving tour includes a free CD or Tape.
The Platinum pass is independent of the dinner events and will be used over
the course of the whole show. We will do it as a group at designated times
so that everyone can use them. The deal is great since the regular price is
$32.00 for the 4 portions (Elvis's airplane tour, Elvis Museum, Elvis Car
Museum and The Graceland tour) without the pass you will not see these items.
The costs of each event cover the room, dinner, insurance and entertainment.
There is a Door adjustment seminar on Thursday that also is free but is not
listed on the registrations since I still have a few details to work out and
no registration is actually required anyway.
The information on the registration page is a bit detailed and longer than I
would have liked but it is necessary to make the name tags the way many of
you have expressed you would like them. Please be as complete as you can.
I have worked extra hard on this one and have already purchased Johns tickets,
for those of you wondering if he's comming. As of now he is definately planning on it.
Health and the aftermath of Sept 11th I cannot predict. John has been very
helpful in planning on this one. He really enjoyed Cleveland. Both John and
Kathryn plan to be there.
NOTE:
There is a limited number of spaces for these events and due to fire code restrictions they cannot be changed.
Thursday evening 400 people
Friday evening 425 people
Saturday Dinner 400 people
Sunday Brunch 200 people
I have no rooms left at the Heartbreak Hotel and only about 38 rooms remain
at the Radisson 800-333-3333. If you want a room its first come first serve.
This show is going to be different from Cleveland and Cincinnati. There will
be a number of live entertainers and a very wide variety of music played.
Since Memphis is the "Music Capital", music will be the driving force of the
show.
There are also some "Special" events included that I am not advertising, so you'll have to show up to find out.
The registration is starting about a month earlier than the web page had
stated so that I could get a jump everything, plus pay off some of the up front deposits required.
If you cannot attend and you have registered, you wll get a 100% refund up to
the day before the actual event so you have nothing to risk by registering
early.
This year I have mouspads for sale with the event logos and the T-shirts are
great. I have shown them at Houston, California and New York.
I also added an article called "MY THOUGHTS" that you may wish to read. Its an
accumulation of comments I jotted down that you may find amusing.
