Heated Mirrors

Hello all,

with all of this talk about dooropeners and using the wires for the intended
heated mirrors I was wondering if they actually are fully connected up; if
they do get power when you turn on the ignition...

I want to knwo this, since I'm thinking of actually making my mirrors
heated, using a kit from a local mailorder.
The wires are there, I saw them when I was inside the doors a couple of
moths ago, but never thought of actually measuring them out...

If anyone can confirm if they are fully wired I'd really appreciate it.
