missing logo and vin#

Currently looking at a Delorean and have 2 questions...the front grill is
missing the DMC logo...anyone have one fall off? stolen? just curious why it
would be missing and if they are easy to have put back on or do you need a
new grill. 
Second, anyone ever find a Delorean who's vin number does not show up on the
vin list production schedule? 
This one has a number not on the list...thanks.
