Water Leak-blower motor

Hello List,
After driving home in the rain yesterday I noticed that the passenger 
side carpet was absolutely soaked. (AC was not running at all so that isn't 
the problem) later in the day when it was nice outside I took a hose and 
tried to find out where the water is getting in. Water that goes into the 
drain below the windshield goes into the car. It leaks out all around the 
blower motor. I see that the water is supposed to dump out water near the 
top of the fuel pump and not in your car. Water comes out by the fuel pump 
very well to so I know that drain is not clogged. What could be the problem?
