I have never seen a wiring diagram for the ill fated Fan Fail module. I have a box full of modules that I have removed over the years. If you are interested in acquiring one contact me directly. 

PS: Just in case you're thinking about what's inside, don't get too excited. The module only contains two resistors and a coil.
