Matt, Kinda like Les said. The clearence of the fan blades from the mounting shroud is very limited. Just check to see if anything is loose. #1. Turn off the battery power, jack up the car a little, then stablize it. Then look under and turn the fan blades by hand and see if there are touching. There is much clearence. That is most likly the problem. If it looks like it's a motor. I can rebuild it or replace it. They do get dirty and they have brushes that can be replaced.
