Hello David,

this is an interesting side to my problems. i do not know if you are right 
or wrong. i checked the title history on this car and there were no problems 
reported. the car is in great shape as far as appearance. the underbody 
coating is still in good shape and while i haven't done any major 
investigation with frame rust, i have yet to come across any. also, the car 
performed perfectly for at LEAST a year. just recently it's began to give me 
problems. do you have any ideas on what to look for on the car to verify the 
possibility of flooding?
