If it is the Front Frame Extension or the "crumple tube" that you
are speaking of,Rob Grady now has newly manufactured front extensions
that are thicker than stock and powdercoated to prevent rust. We
spoke with Rob and he said that he has the only jig for installing
the front member properly to the frame, but can talk a frame worker
through the job with out a problem. To see the Front Frame Extension

are talking about replacing you are going to want to pull the rack,
radiator, and anti-sway bar.
