upper door seal

Hello List, 
I bought upper door seals for my car from PJ Grady a long time ago but 
never got around to installing them. myne are thrashed. I have the new 
pop-rivets but was wondering how you got the old ones out. Also, my pop 
riveter will not fit into that little of an area. Do the torsion bars have to 
be removed to do this or is there a riveter that will fit? I've done my 
T-bars so many times It only takes a few minutes now anyways.
