Start by removing the plastic strip over the rear window under the
rear louvre. You do that by taking off the cover of each screw(if
it's
still there) and removeing the 3 screws. Rotate the bottom out first
and be careful, they are not obtainable anymore. Next remove the 6
screws under the weatherstripping on top toward the rear of the
doors(3 on each side) Now carefully lift the t panel from the rear
and
gently pry upward breaking the glue seal in the center and unhooking
the front.When replacing use foam padding to hold up the center of
the
panel and center it so the doors don't rub it when they are fully
open. Be especially careful of the edges of the stainless steel, THEY
ARE EXTREMALY SHARP.
