Power antenna installation

I read in the archives that there was a Service Bulletin for installing the
power antenna. I've been through my book of bulletins and can't find it,
only the one for the front fender fixed antenna.

I'm thinking about converting to this and wanted to see how the factory
meant it to be done before I tackle this project.

Is there such a bulletin? What is the number?
