[DML] Strange hesitation

Now, I think I know the answer to this one, but I just want to make sure for peace of mind. Today, I drove the DMC about 40 miles or so, performed great. Went into a movie theater, came out 2 hours later in the middle of a downpour. Started the car, it sputters, finally starts, and all the way home (20 miles or so) it acts like this. A constand miss, so to speak. Is this water getting into the distributor? If not, what's happened? Thanks!!
