Cliff,

Did you remember to connect the wires to the temp sensor that is inside 
the water return line that runs along the side of the drivers side part of 
the engine compartment? That controls the cooling fans. You will see a 
black/orange wire and a green wire. The sensor is on the underside of the 
cooling pipe. Hope that helps.
