This sounds like a low-pressure situation with your car's A/C. When the
Delorean turns the air compressor on, it also turns the fans on... if the
air compressor doesn't have enough R12 it will turn on for a couple seconds
and shut off. It will cycle like that continuously. Funny thing is that
(in my car) the A/C still works, but probably at a reduced cooling
effectiveness, and could be damaging to the compressor. Get yourself a R12
fill up, and maybe have them check for leaks.
