I know when the main deadline for event is and the fee for being late.

But what are your cutoff dates for banquets? 

I'm hoping to change Hank's mind and we have other friend's who wish to come
also.

We are also trying to find less expensive airfares, hoping for a few specials to
pop up.
I know the hotel problem will have to be solved, but that I'm good at.

Just want to be sure of being able to attend the meals and boat and museums.
