Simple questions...

First, how exaclty does the central locking work (assuming it is 
working correctly)? Does locking one door automatically lock the 
other? Do you lock the doors while open and then close them? 
Everyone talks about how they fail, but nowhere can I find how they 
are supposed to work!

Second, what's a reasonable cost to have all the headliners redone?
