[DML] Re: Lowering (and speeding in Toronto)

I may be incorrect but I beleive the reason for the raising of the
car was American standards for the bumpers to be at a particular
height. The simple solution was just to raise the car, instead of
redesigning it.
I would have to refer back to my copy of SSI, but I do remember
reading about this.
