[DML] Need advice from english owners.

Hi all,
Good news, I may finally be purchasing a Delorean. It is in located 
in France and I will be going over to have a look and, if all is well, 
importing it. I need to know the procedures for doing this, i.e. 
registration, MOT, lights, insurance e.t.c. Any help would be very much 
appreciated. Thank you for your time.
