[DML] Sliding Windows Possibility

Hi, Has anyone came up with an easy way to convert the power windows to
sliding ones? Mine are currently broken, and I would like to just
convert them to sliding instead of always worrying about the motors, and
spending the loads of money associated with getting them to work. I
would like to have them slide up and down, if that were possible. Any
ideas are welcome, I'm not afraid to modify :)
