[DML] Door height when open

Dear group,
I have removed my T-section and found the foam strips underneath to be
2 lines of goo.
1. Should these be 1/2 inch tall (the goo lines)? (to hold up T-panel)
2. I noticed that the doors now open to diffrent heights on the drivers
side
the door opens to 65 3/8" in the front 66 1/2". The passenger side door
opens 62" in the front and 63 1/4" in the rear. What is the correct
height
these doors should open? What would cause them to open to diffrent
heights?
This whole project started when I noticed the doors hitting the radius
when in 
the full open position.
Any help out there?
