I've not done this myself, but I've read that it is possible and practical to wash your carpet floor mats
in your washing machine - which would do a much better job than using a spray foam.

As for spray carpet cleaners, I can recommend the following (having a cat that barfs from time to
time on my carpet I've tried every product there is). BTW: None of the foaming products work that well.

Spot Shot: Excellent
Shout (non foaming): Good
Resolve (non foaming): Good
