Importing cars,
We in the UK have little choice but to (re-) import from the USA and are
currently bringing in about 1 Delorean per month, there are quite a few
bits of paper/ customs etc to sort out, but nothing insurmountable. we then
need mods to lights/indictors.
By the time it is on the road in UK we have just about changed dollars in
pounds, with shipping, duty, etc.etc. A good running regular , say 60k mile
car in UK is worth about £10-12,000...same thing about $12,000 in the
States? "Global Prices"eh.
