[DML] original front end ?

i went to my first delorean event this last summer. there were alot of
people looking and taking pictures of my car. i hadn't had it that
long yet but i knew it was pretty original. one of the people i met
looked under the front end of the car and said that it even had the
original front end under it. what did he meen by this? i know there
are several changes that can be made to the car but do i happen to have
somthing special or what ? any help would be apreciated.
