Please be aware of the following problem reported by Joe Fedeli, a member of
De Lorean Midatlantic.
> In May of last year, I sent JZD two personal copies of SSI for his
> signature along with DMC letterheads and a return postage envelope all
> insured by the US post office (not UPS). The post office lost the items due
> to current problems revolving around his bankruptcy according to the claims
> person who contacted me about 10 minutes ago regarding my lost package
> claim. My claim is to be paid, but the books are GONE!!!!! I don't want
> the money but I do want the books! Apparently, his mail is somehow being
> re-directed and they (do not know who) is 'accessing' the mail and removing
> any potential assets, then forwarding the balance to JZD. Apparently, my
> books were 'removed' as part of the bankruptcy asset recovery proceedings
> along with a payment of $10.00 in a follow-up letter I sent to JZD in August
> 1999 assuming the postage paid envelope was lost in the original package and
> this would cover his (JZD's) expense for returning the package of SSI books.
> I talked to JZD and he never received the package. He did state that he has
> had a lot of problems with his mail delivery and 'other stated they had lost
> mail too' that was sent to him.
