I just bought a five speed not too long ago...let me see...the shipping 
documentation says it weighs 100 lbs. I have NO idea how accurate that is 
but it's probably close.

I replaced my 5 speed with an automatic. I recall that they seamed to
weigh about the same. The automatic maybe a little less, but with a
trans cooler up front with the new hoses, it probably about the same.
