[DML] Coating the frame

Dr. Bob!

Your 6-step process sounds good, but I wonder what you do with the hollows
in the frame. It seems impossible to me to get all of the old epoxy out of
there, not speaking of getting the new coatings IN there!?
What good is a bulletproof outside coating, if my frame rusts away from
inside :-) ???
