John,

I believe that episode is titled "A Fish Called Selma", if that helps at all
in finding a VHS copy of it.

BTW, I heard that Johnny Carson was once pulled up in his DeLorean by the
cops for driving while intoxicated. I wonder if the Troy McClure bit in The
Simpsons was supposed to be a take on the Carson incident (even though Troy
was pulled up because he wasn't wearing his glasses). Interesting...
