I didn't like the show very much. Much of the information presented was
wrong, including the dates of production, the reasons behind JZD's arrest,
and the involvement of Lotus. The program seemed to be focused entirely
on the silliness of the British government - the first half of the
program, which was nominally about the Spruce Goose, spent fully half the
time talking about the failure of a similar British development effort.
The DeLorean half of the program was similarly filled with repeated
statements that the British government was foolish for not overseeing the
company more carefully.
That said, I liked the old footage too. I hadn't seen much of it
previously.
