[DML] Lee

I have posted Lee's original note on the status of the models, and the first
reply from the other party in the interest of fairness. Lee had requested
all other replies privately, I'm honoring that and am not interested in
fostering a debate on the list of the personalities or legalities involved.
Future posts on this issue, even from Lee, will not be posted.
