[DML] Y2K Show Dates

Apparently there are some problems with the way the "Ticker
Tape" display is working (or not working). There is
supposed to be a scrolling message located between the
navigation buttons and the bottom edge of the photo on the
Home page.

The message is : CLEVELAND OHIO JUNE 15 -18, 2000

I will remove the fancy stuff, sorry 'bout the confusion.
