Last I checked, www.delorean.com is owned by Mr. James Espey, who has
said that Mr. DeLorean has assumed responsibility for it but James still
owns the domain name delorean.com

www.dmc2.com is listed as being owned by Mr. John Z DeLorean. 
www.dmc2.com now points to www.delorean.com
