There are hollow voids in the front pontoon body, they run the length of the
fenders both sides,on the drivers side the wiring harness for the headlights,
radiator fans, ect run thru the hollow area,on the passenger side it is just
hollow unfortunately the top of the fender covers the area that is hollow it
is about two inches high about 1 1/2 wide DO NOT CUT the inside of the trunk
(The areas where the struts bolts on to)that only abutts the inner fender
panel there is no void there, there is also a smaller hollow which is the lip
that surrounds the complete trunk area(it keeps rain water that passes the
trunk seal from getting into the trunk) there is no way to remove anything
that got in there, and structurally you would damage the pontoon.
