[DML] Follow-up Info for the St. Louis Autocross

I've created a quick and dirty Web page with information on the Autocross
that is being held in St. Louis on October 10th. The page has a map and
driving instructions to the site from the downtown location where the Expo
is being held. Plus I've included a step-by-step detailed description of
what happens at an autocross in this region. This includes things you
should do before arriving, like over-inflating your tires a little bit, as
well as information on how the event itself is organized.
