The hazard lies in not holding the torsion bar in check when releasing the 2 
retaining bolts. The bracket holding the back end of the bar then rotates & 
strikes the rear window. Solution- use cheater bar to SLOWLY release torsion 
bar & slide retaining bracket off. This situation caused me some blood loss 
& quite a bit of irritation. Proceed SLOWLY & CAREFULLY using plenty of 
leverage on the bar. AND don't forget to have the door propped open by
