[DML] DOA Voting

Just got my ballot for the DOA board. It is unclear how many people sit on the board, what control they have and background information on the candidates [it seems like a lot of couples (only four out of 16 aren't married/related to someone else on the ballot)]. Since many of the DOA members are also on this list, I'd be interested in comments.
