[DML] cooling fans

Hello,
I have been having trouble with my cooling fans, they would not come on
at all, so I wired up a override switch to the sensor. When the switch
is turned on the fans work, but about 30 seconds later they turn off,
even though the switch is on. After a minute or so they come back on.
Could this be a problem with a relay? I have installed the relay update
kit, but would fanzilla help this situation?
Any help would be apperaciated
