I heard that there is room to epoxy or glue a solid bar (aluminum?) in the
cavity above the headlights. I'd guess it would require removing the front
fascia. You can apply heat with a hair dryer and hold the eyebrow in place
until it cools. This is only a temporary fix but much easier than the first
suggestion.
