Ulli,

Rob from PJ Grady has a Delco digital 105 amp output alternator for sale to 
replace the two different original alternator that came in the DeLorean. 
This Delco unit "sits" in the same location with no alteration to the 
original mounting brackets. All it need is a simple change to a wire to 
accept the new terminal for the Delco alternator. It is a 15 minute 
installation job once you lift up the car to get access to the alternator.
