Just a note: That impossible-to-find metric bolt for the steering wheel
removal isn't metric. Its an SAE 1/4- 28 NF thread.
I had to use 4 inch long bolts when I removed my wheel . But that was when I
replaced it with a better one. Not for recentering it . That is better done
at the lower shaft joints it's probably only off by one spline tooth
anyway.
