[DML] FTP Problems at dmcnews.com

There have been reports of problems downloading files from the www.dmcnews.com
web page in the past few days. After some discussion with the hosting server
people, it looks like it is demand related. I can only theorize that there
is another client on the same server with some hot new software to download
that is using up all of the anonFTP resources. If you have a hard time getting
the files, try again in the off-hours (late night/early morning). It seems
to work better then. I have tried it.
