[DML] Torque Specs

The Canadian DeLorean club publishes a list of torque specs for the
DeLorean. They show 60lbs. for wheel lug nuts. The workshop manual shows
70lbs. I have heard both numbers bantered around. With the concern about
tightening these nuts too tight and causing possible brake rotor warping, I
wonder which is correct. I lean to the Workshop Manual, but it has been
known to be wrong also.
