[DML] HEADLIGHTS/LICENSE PLATE

Can anyone tell me if the original factory headlights for the DeLorean
are indeed Sylvania Halogen?
Can anyone also tell me if the factory produced a front license plate
holder for the DeLorean or expected owners to drill holes in the front
bumper or create their own plate holder?
