[DML] Additional Difference DeLo PRV vs B28

Forgot to mention one other difference between PRVs as installed by
DeLo and Volvo: Lower engine casting -- DeLo used cast motor mount
bosses, with an angle much steeper than my similar Peugeot bosses,
while Volvo used traditional bolt on motor mounts. Lower engine
castings should be interchageable. Note that Volvo used a much smaller
oil pan in the 1970's than later renditions.
